A lot of love and care has been invested into the design and creation of this villa, and it gives us great pleasure to share this beautiful space with our guests. In return, we simply ask our guests to honor the house rules and other policies defined below.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is 1pm onwards (early check-in may be available upon request)

Check-out is 11am (late check-out may be available upon request)

​

Well-behaved pets are allowed at a surcharge, except for cats (due to allergy reasons)

​

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only

​

Small, coordinated gatherings and daytime visitors are allowed, with consent from the host

​

No parties are permitted

​

No loud noises after 11pm

​

No extra overnight guests may stay in the villa without informing the host

​

Any damages to the property will incur additional costs

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of date is allowed at no extra cost if done by 11.59pm local time, at least 14 days before arrival date

​

Change of date is allowed with a surcharge of MXN 250 if done by 11.59pm local time, at least 7 days before arrival date

 

Change of date is not allowed if done within 7 days from arrival date

Full refund if cancelled by 11.59pm local time, at least 14 days before arrival date

 

50% refund if cancelled by 11.59pm local time, at least 7 days before arrival date

 

No refund if cancelled within 7 days from arrival date

For online bookings, we accept Credit Card and PayPal payments.
